What are the available payment methods?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), mobile wallets, and offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience.
What is your policy on missing or damaged items?
If an item is missing or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 2 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an immediate replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Can I schedule a specific time for my delivery?
Yes, during checkout you can select from available time slots that best suit your schedule. Our real-time tracking feature will also keep you updated on the driver's progress.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
Standard deliveries require a minimum order value of LKR 2,000. Orders above LKR 10,000 may qualify for free delivery depending on current promotional offers.
